All State Vic Conveyancers Service is a fully licenced property conveyancer that takes the stress out of buying and selling a home.
Located in Dromana and servicing the Mornington Peninsula and all of Victoria, we assist in all property transfers and property transactions ranging from first home buyers to elder property downsizing.
We are a trusted conveyancer on the Mornington Peninsula and service surrounding areas including Dromana, Safety Beach, Mount Martha, Mornington, Frankston, Tootgarook, Rye, Rosebud, Sorrento, and Portsea.

In mid-2019 Suzanne Day was employed to manage the business, All State Conveyancing Services when the owner was forced to retire due to ill health.
Irene re-joined All State Conveyancing Services on a full-time basis in early 2020. Suzanne and Irene formed an immediate friendship and mutual respect, which resulted in their purchase of the business on 1 July 2020. The business was renamed All State Vic Conveyancers in order to differentiate it from All State Conveyancing Services in Mildura, which is often mistaken for the same business.
We aim to continue the great service and relationships with clients and real estate agents the former owner, Claire Kinnear built over a 30 year period.
We service all Victoria however most of our clients are based around the Mornington Peninsula including Dromana, Safety Beach, Mount Martha, Mornington, Frankston, Tootgarook, Rye, Rosebud, Sorrento, and Portsea, and all surrounding areas.

Suzanne Day has decades of experience having worked continuously in the Property Law Departments of many law firms, both in the City of Melbourne and outer suburbs since the mid-’80s. In the mid-’90s, after the birth of her first child, Suzanne was then contracted to law firms to run their conveyancing files working from home and at times, acted for family members and friends independently.
Suzanne obtained her Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) from Swinburne University in 2008 and applied to become a Licensed Conveyancer so she could continue to run her own home-based business.
Suzanne is professional, knowledgeable, and always ensures her client’s interests are protected, first and foremost. Clients are kept informed of the progress of their matter, ensuring they are always informed of the status of their conveyancing transaction. Suzanne attempts to minimize the stress involved in all aspects of property dealings.
A former law firm employer regarded Suzanne with a “high moral fiber” and “an ability to always rise to the occasion”. Suzanne retains these qualities and believes in universal karma.

Irene Schneider joined All State Conveyancing Services in March 2019. Irene has over 30 years of experience working in legal firms, doing everything from conveyancing, Wills and Estates, Litigation, and Trust Accounting, and in the last 10 years turned her attention back to conveyancing, which she thoroughly enjoys. Irene has completed the Diploma of Conveyancing and has finished her Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing, on her way to becoming a Licensed Conveyancing Practitioner.
Irene has a firm grasp of conveyancing practices and day-to-day issues on all fronts of conveyancing. Irene is a great communicator; she is professional and approachable and has an empathetic nature which clients respond to. Irene is highly experienced in the online settlement platform PEXA and very knowledgeable, resourceful, and experienced. Irene attends conveyancing seminars regularly to ensure she keeps abreast of the latest developments in property law and conveyancing requirements.

Allison Goodrick has been a part of the All State Conveyancing Services team for the last 6 years and she has been a great asset to the new All State Vic Conveyancing team. Not only does she have a good repour with old clients and knowledge of the history and practices in the business but she also works part-time in real estate, has her Certificate IV in Property Services, and is a member of the REIV, which is often a very useful insight. Allison has completed her Diploma of Conveyancing and is very experienced and knowledgeable in all areas of conveyancing.
