The transfer of real estate from one owner to another. WHAT IS A CONVEYANCER: A Conveyancer is a person who must be licensed to prepare legal documentation and give legal advice on property matters. The Conveyancers Act 2006 was introduced to protect the interests of those who either bought or sold property or had other matters relating to property and chose not to use a Solicitor for the conveyancing process.
